Mar\u00e7o 2021<\/time><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"copy_big col_short\">Devido \u00e0 sua flexibilidade de design e fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o, os elast\u00f4meros termopl\u00e1sticos (TPEs) est\u00e3o entre os pl\u00e1sticos mais vers\u00e1teis do mercado. Os TPEs combinam as vantagens de processamento dos termopl\u00e1sticos com as propriedades de desempenho dos elast\u00f4meros. Como resultado, s\u00e3o relativamente f\u00e1ceis de processar utilizando m\u00e9todos termopl\u00e1sticos como extrus\u00e3o e moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o, dispensando m\u00e9todos demorados de processamento da borracha, especialmente a vulcaniza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"copy_big col_short\">A natureza de sua estrutura molecular confere aos TPEs altas propriedades el\u00e1sticas. Uma r\u00e1pida explica\u00e7\u00e3o deve esclarecer a natureza dos elast\u00f4meros termopl\u00e1sticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Termofixos:<\/strong> Poliuretano e ep\u00f3xi s\u00e3o exemplos comuns de termofixos. class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sbc\">SBC \/ TPE-S \/ TPS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Os copol\u00edmeros em bloco de estireno (SBCs) s\u00e3o o maior e, provavelmente, o mais vers\u00e1til grupo de materiais TPE. Compostos por blocos intermedi\u00e1rios de estireno duro e blocos finais macios de mat\u00e9rias-primas como butadieno ou isopreno, eles possuem uma estrutura multif\u00e1sica exclusiva. Em termos gerais, a estrutura dos compostos multif\u00e1sicos pode ser descrita como uma estrutura de poli(estireno-b-elast\u00f4mero-b-estireno), obtida por meio de copolimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o em bloco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os SBCs s\u00e3o amplamente utilizados devido \u00e0 sua capacidade de se misturar bem com diversos materiais, incluindo aditivos, resinas e cargas. Eles se destacam por sua alta elasticidade, resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 abras\u00e3o. Os produtos s\u00e3o incolores e est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis em uma ampla gama de dureza.
