Setembro 2023<\/time><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"col_short\">A moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um <strong>processo de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> amplamente utilizado para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>pe\u00e7as pl\u00e1sticas<\/strong> em <strong>grandes quantidades<\/strong>. O processo envolve o uso de uma <strong>m\u00e1quina de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> para fundir o material, injet\u00e1-lo em um <strong>molde<\/strong> sob press\u00e3o e produzir componentes na forma desejada ap\u00f3s o resfriamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"col_short\">Uma grande parte das pe\u00e7as pl\u00e1sticas do dia a dia \u00e9 produzida por moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o. Esses componentes incluem itens como escovas de dentes, pe\u00e7as de autom\u00f3veis e carca\u00e7as de eletrodom\u00e9sticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 popular devido ao seu <strong>baixo custo unit\u00e1rio<\/strong> e \u00e0 capacidade de fabricar <strong>formas complexas<\/strong> com <strong>qualidade consistente<\/strong>. Pl\u00e1sticos, principalmente <strong>pol\u00edmeros termopl\u00e1sticos<\/strong>, s\u00e3o usados como mat\u00e9ria-prima e podem ser coloridos ou preenchidos com aditivos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 necess\u00e1rio um alto grau de <strong>flexibilidade no design<\/strong>. Quando a quantidade necess\u00e1ria de pl\u00e1stico fundido \u00e9 acumulada, o processo de inje\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 iniciado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O material \u00e9 fundido por calor\/cisalhamento e injetado no <strong>molde sob alta press\u00e3o<\/strong>. \u00c9 l\u00e1 que as pe\u00e7as moldadas por inje\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o formadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>unidade de fechamento<\/strong> ou <strong>unidade de eje\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> tem a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de abrir e fechar o molde e ejetar os produtos moldados. As unidades de fechamento tipo alavanca s\u00e3o as mais comuns e consistem em placas para segurar o molde. Essas placas, geralmente dispostas verticalmente na estrutura do equipamento, podem ser comparadas a uma prensa interna que exerce uma forte for\u00e7a de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o. Trata-se de um bloco met\u00e1lico oco no qual o pl\u00e1stico fundido \u00e9 injetado para criar a forma desejada. O molde possui v\u00e1rios furos para controle de temperatura e ventila\u00e7\u00e3o. A temperatura \u00e9 controlada utilizando \u00e1gua, \u00f3leo ou aquecedores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na sua forma mais simples, o molde consiste em duas metades:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>cavidade<\/strong> (a parte frontal) e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;o <strong>n\u00facleo<\/strong> (a parte traseira).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Por outro lado, as pe\u00e7as moldadas por inje\u00e7\u00e3o geralmente t\u00eam dois lados:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O <strong>lado A<\/strong> da pe\u00e7a, normalmente o que apresenta melhor acabemento superficial, que fica voltado para a cavidade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O <strong>lado B<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9m chamado de <strong>lado funcional<\/strong>, geralmente cont\u00e9m os elementos estruturais ocultos da pe\u00e7a. Sua superf\u00edcie \u00e9, portanto, muitas vezes \u00e1spera e apresenta marcas dos pinos ejetores.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>O pl\u00e1stico fundido flui atrav\u00e9s de um canal de inje\u00e7\u00e3o para o molde e preenche suas cavidades. Eles s\u00e3o normalmente feitos de a\u00e7o temperado ou pr\u00e9-temperado, mas tamb\u00e9m podem ser feitos de alum\u00ednio e\/ou liga de cobre-ber\u00edlio.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:25%\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color has-background is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column col_short is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Material do molde<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Os <strong>moldes de a\u00e7o<\/strong> s\u00e3o mais caros de produzir, mas tamb\u00e9m duram mais. Se um grande n\u00famero de pe\u00e7as puder ser produzido, o custo do molde de a\u00e7o pode justificar o custo adicional. Os moldes de <strong>a\u00e7o temperado<\/strong> s\u00e3o superiores em resist\u00eancia ao desgaste e durabilidade. J\u00e1 os moldes de <strong>a\u00e7o pr\u00e9-temperado<\/strong> s\u00e3o menos resistentes ao desgaste e s\u00e3o utilizados para quantidades menores ou pe\u00e7as de maior tamanho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os <strong>moldes de alum\u00ednio<\/strong>, que s\u00e3o mais baratos, podem ser econ\u00f4micos para a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de dezenas ou at\u00e9 centenas de milhares de pe\u00e7as. A <strong>liga de cobre-ber\u00edlio<\/strong> \u00e9 usada onde \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria uma r\u00e1pida dissipa\u00e7\u00e3o de calor ou onde h\u00e1 alto calor por cisalhamento.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color has-background is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column col_short is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projeto de molde<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>O molde pode ser comparado ao <strong>negativo de uma foto<\/strong>, onde a estrutura superficial e a geometria do molde s\u00e3o transferidas para a pe\u00e7a final. Ele tamb\u00e9m inclui caracter\u00edsticas como o sistema de <strong>canais para o fluxo<\/strong> do material e <strong>canais de resfriamento<\/strong> interno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para produzir milhares ou mesmo milh\u00f5es de pe\u00e7as com precis\u00e3o e repetibilidade, os fabricantes de moldes precisam de uma enorme <strong>experi\u00eancia<\/strong>. Isso ocorre porque um molde pode ser muito complexo com diversas considera\u00e7\u00f5es, como espessura da parede, cantos, nervuras, recortes e roscas. O elevado esfor\u00e7o de desenvolvimento \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m a raz\u00e3o pela qual o molde normalmente representa a maior parte dos custos iniciais na moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>custo dos moldes<\/strong> pode variar muito: Moldes simples com geometrias b\u00e1sica para produ\u00e7\u00f5es de pequena escala, s\u00e3o relativamente f\u00e1ceis de desenvolver e custam alguns milhares de d\u00f3lares. Moldes mais avan\u00e7ados para produ\u00e7\u00f5es de grande escala e com geometrias complexas t\u00eam um custo muito mais elevado, pois exigem n\u00facleos retr\u00e1teis ou inserts. Esses elementos m\u00f3veis s\u00e3o inseridos no molde de cima ou de baixo para produzir pe\u00e7as com sali\u00eancias, como uma abertura ou cavidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O projeto do molde geralmente \u00e9 feito internamente por <strong>fabricantes de m\u00e1quinas<\/strong> ou <strong>empresas especializadas<\/strong> e requer considera\u00e7\u00e3o de mat\u00e9rias-primas e o uso de <strong>an\u00e1lise de elementos finitos<\/strong>. Os fabricantes de moldes, ou fabricantes de ferramentas, fabricam os moldes de metal, geralmente a\u00e7o ou alum\u00ednio, e usinam precisamente em CNC para modelar as caracter\u00edsticas desejadas. Avan\u00e7os recentes em materiais para impress\u00e3o 3D permitem a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de moldes para lotes menores a um custo mais baixo em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com m\u00e9todos tradicionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>sistema de canais<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9m conhecido como <strong>sistema de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, controla o fluxo e a press\u00e3o, canalizando o pl\u00e1stico fundido para dentro do molde. O pl\u00e1stico fundido percorre os seguintes canais ao entrar no molde:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O <strong>canal principal<\/strong> (ou bucha de inje\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o <strong>canal de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o principal<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o <strong>canal de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o sedund\u00e1rio<\/strong> e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o <strong>ponto de inje\u00e7\u00e3o ou entrada<\/strong>, que \u00e9 o canal estreito entre o canal secund\u00e1rio e a cavidade do molde.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, um <strong>po\u00e7o frio<\/strong> comumente coleta o fluxo de material frio no processo de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o para evitar bloqueio no canal secund\u00e1rio ou entrada, permitindo que o material quente restante flua para a cavidade do molde sem complica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A produ\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00faltiplas pe\u00e7as frequentemente requer m\u00faltiplos canais de inje\u00e7\u00e3o (sprues). Os sistemas de canais s\u00e3o separados das pe\u00e7as ap\u00f3s a eje\u00e7\u00e3o. A moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um <strong>m\u00e9todo de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o com baixo desperd\u00edcio<\/strong>, sendo os sistemas de canais o \u00fanico material desperdi\u00e7ado.
